Straightforward information about the cost of your appointments.
If you have questions before booking, I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation to help you decide whether my services are the right fit for you.
Individual psychotherapy session: 60 minutes
$160.00
Extended psychotherapy session: 90 minutes
$220.00
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. A receipt will be provided that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, where applicable.

Receipts are provided following each appointment and include all information required for insurance reimbursements were applicable.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Many extended health benefit plans cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker.
Many Canadians have extended health plans that include coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker.
Coverage varies depending on your individual plan. Before your first appointment, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm:
- Coverage for Registered Social Worker services
- Annual coverage limits
- Whether a referral is required
- Reimbursement procedures
Although I do not currently offer direct billing, a detailed receipt will be provided after each appointment so you can submit it to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if eligible.
